Key to the picture:
Green means route to the bank or back and red is the best way of getting there.
Now buy an air tiara and wear it and buy or mine 25 rune essence. Next go to the air rune running place shown on the picture and trade someone saying open 1k and trade them they will give you 25 noted essence and 1,000gp or less if your trade limit is low and give them your 25 unnoted essence and accept, now run the the bank un-note it and run back and repeat this again and again till you have the desired amount of money. And you might want to mine more essence to turn into runes that will give you runemaking xp.
Here is a list on the amount of rune essence is needed to train up to certain levels. (Not complete)
level 1-5 = 100 essence.
